WellHive is excited to partner with Zocdoc, the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans.
The WellHive Care Navigation platform is designed to help customers navigate their patients’ care across federal and commercial boundaries. WellHive is FedRAMP authorized and is working directly with the Department of Veterans Affairs to improve access to care for all Veterans. Learn more about our work with VA .
By combining WellHive's Care Navigation platform with access to the millions of appointments available across the Zocdoc network, VA staff will be able to more easily find and schedule care for Veterans with their trusted network of community providers.

How does this affect the Veterans Affairs (VA) referral process? Will I still get a referral packet and authorization number?
You will continue to receive a referral packet and authorization number as part of the typical Community Care Network (CCN) referral process. The primary change is that Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) at the VA will be able to book appointments with you online on behalf of Veterans instead of over the phone.
Do I have to sign up to continue to get referrals from the VA?
No, choosing not to join will not impact your membership in the CCN. This program makes the scheduling process faster and more seamless for patients and providers.
How much does this cost?
This program is free to providers receiving referrals from the VA.
