The Administrator track consists of three progressive tiers of expertise. Specialized tracks ensure competency in WellHive data analytics, full implementation life-cycle, and architecture.

Admin Fundamentals

Platform navigation, basic user setup, single provider enablement, UI branding basics, and pre-approved flag toggling.

All certifications are valid for 12 months. Renewal requires completing annual training and paying the yearly recertification fee.
