
Senior Manager,
Customer Solutions Engineering
Description
As Senior Manager, Customer Solutions Engineering you will own the technical success of our largest enterprise customers—from pre-sales solution design through go-live and ongoing expansion. You will lead a team of Software Engineers, working cross-functionally with Product Development & Operations, Delivery, and Growth to translate complex integration requirements into successful customer implementations.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
Staff, coach, and inspire teams of Software Engineers
Establish best-practice playbooks
Foster a culture of customer empathy, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
Enterprise Solution Design
Own technical discovery, mapping customer workflows, systems, and interfaces to WellHive application configuration and integration points
Produce architecture, sequence, and data flow diagrams
Estimate project efforts and timelines
Implementation Oversight
Serve as technical sponsor and point of contact for customer projects
Remove blockers related to data mapping, environment setup, or partner system quirks
Contribute to readiness reviews and go-live planning
Product & Process Feedback
Channel field insights to Product to influence roadmap priorities
Sales Enablement
Partner with Sales on RFIs, RFPs, demos, and proof-of-concepts
Craft reusable demo environments and technical collateral
Qualifications
Must-Have
Track record of building successful implementation teams
Outstanding stakeholder-management skills
Enterprise integration experience, and a history of utilizing some of the many integration technologies involved
Hands on experience integrating with modern web APIs (e.g. HTTP/JSON) and common authentication protocols (e.g. OAuth, SAML)
Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
Successful completion of in-person IAL3 compliant identity proofing will be required (you must be able to present the necessary identification documents)
Willingness and ability to travel for customer or onsite company meetings (frequent during new customer kickoffs and infrequent otherwise)
Ability to work remotely within the continental USA from an Eastern or Central time zone (excluding New York).
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
Ability to pass a US federal agency background check
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with major EHR systems, and common healthcare standards (e.g. FHIR, HL7, CDA)
Prior work integrating appointment scheduling or care navigation solutions
Enterprise sales support or pre-sales engineering background.
