Sales Development Representative
(Provider Network Expansion)

Description

As a Sales Development Representative at WellHive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by engaging with provider groups, health systems, and practices. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential network participants, articulate the value of joining the WellHive network, and drive their enrollment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our network's reach and impact, requiring a strategic approach to outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential participants in the healthcare industry through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

  • Guide healthcare providers through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast information.

  • Clearly communicate the benefits and value of participating in the WellHive network, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and concerns of each prospect.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and trends.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, contributing to the overall growth of the WellHive network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Familiarity with healthcare software and data analytics tools (nice to have).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office or similar software.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.

  • Ability to work fully remote within the continental USA (excluding CA, CO, NY, WA) with a high speed internet connection

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
