Project Manager
Description
As Project Manager, you’ll own the planning and execution of product and solution implementations for our customers, in both the commercial healthcare marketplace and in the federal health space. You’ll lead the project team in achieving all contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables for implementation and ensure open communication and close coordination between the stakeholders, including the project team, engineering and operations, customer, and end-users.
You’ll manage scope, requirements, schedules, communication plans, risk & mitigation plan to achieve implementation objectives within agreed-upon milestones. You’ll coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from product configuration through go-live and subsequent operations and maintenance. You’ll manage the implementation using Agile practices and ensure all aspects of the project scope are incorporated into planning and execution. You’ll manage the customer relationship throughout the product or solution implementation phase and provide progress status and reporting to all stakeholders. You’ll help continuously improve our implementation processes and contribute to new and innovative approaches and strategies for rapidly and effectively implementing products and solutions for customers while achieving high-quality results. Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and processes to help define the solution offering for the customer that can be implemented and deployed
Responsible for working in collaboration with the customer and product engineering to define clear project scope, requirements, and objectives
Develop and maintain project plans, action items, status reports, timelines, and roadmaps
Develop realistic product and program plans, working across multiple stakeholder groups, to ensure alignment and achievement of goals
Effectively manage issues and risks, work with the project team to resolve issues, and present solutions and/or options to stakeholders and the executive team
Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate status, discuss risks, and understand the impact of any changes to business requirements
Establish, implement, and manage processes and procedures including change control as well as risk and issue management
Establish regular reports and metrics to monitor progress to goals and identify gaps
Ensures quality end-to-end customer experience
Remains agile and focused on optimizing business processes and operations to continuously improve on performance delivery
