Project Coordinator

Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, organization, and day-to-day execution of our product and solution implementations for our customers in the federal health space. You will assist project managers in tracking milestones, coordinating tasks, preparing documentation, and ensuring clear communication across internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining project momentum, monitoring progress against timelines, identifying follow-up needs, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely updates and materials. Your focus will be on helping drive customer adoption and smooth onboarding by supporting the activities that lead to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the management and completion of assigned tasks/reporting, deliverables and coordination activities.

  • Provides administrative and follow-up support for provider onboarding progress and maintenance activities aligned with the delivery team.

  • Prepares meeting materials to support customer presentations

  • Manage a queue of customer support tickets with timely resolution and clear communication

  • Work closely across internal teams to capture accurate status updates for external dependencies

  • Support adhoc data requests and deliverables as requested by internal and external stakeholders

  • Support project planning and scheduling activities, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, action items, and status reports

  • Contribute to and maintain internal process documentation 

  • Support issue resolution by coordinating next steps, follow-up sessions, and stakeholder alignment

  • Provide transparent progress reporting focused on success criteria, milestones, and value delivery

  • Support process improvements by capturing lessons learned and customer feedback

  • Assist with third-party vendor coordination and task management

  • Maintain adherence to project standards and established project methodologies

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or operations (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in healthcare or federal environments preferred; familiarity with VA is a plus
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
    Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating work across departments

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with project and CRM tools such as Asana, Jira, Salesforce, or similar

  • Vendor or partner coordination experience a plus
